Common questions.
When does the shop launch?
We're finishing bench validation of the three signature recipes now. Sign up for notifications and you'll be among the first to know — and to order.
Is the $25 sample a normal sample pack?
No. The trial is your custom scent in 5ml form, made from your direction. If you order the full 30ml bottle, the full $25 trial price becomes credit toward that bottle.
What are the three creation paths?
Quiz is guided and fast. Perfumer bench is visual and ingredient-led. Chat is for describing a mood, memory, reference, or person. Use whichever one feels most natural.
Can I revise after the 5ml trial?
Yes. The first trial is there so you can decide what to increase, soften, remove, or make stranger before the full bottle.
Can I re-order the exact same bottle later?
Yes. Your scent recipe is saved. Same materials, same proportions, same scent.
What can't the palette make?
Fruity gourmands, edible gourmands, oud, leather, tobacco, and coconut are outside the first palette. If you want those, we would rather be honest than make a weak imitation.
Shipping and returns?
We ship in the US to start. Because every full bottle is custom, returns are limited; the 5ml trial is there so you can wear the scent before committing.
